Boil the gizzard with onion,salt,pepper and seasoning cubes.parboil rice

Blend tomatoes,pepper and onion.In a pot pour in vegetable oil allow it to heat up then fry the blended paste.

Add seasoning cubes,water salt,gizzard stock,curry,ginger and garlic paste allow it to boil for few minutes.

Rinse and pour in the parboiled rice and allow to cook.

Slice cucumber and green pepper to serve with it.
