Ingredients

  • 2large cooked chicken breasts coarsly chopped
  • 1 stalkcelery finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cupkale leafs chopped
  • 3 tablespoonsalad dressing or mayo (I've used miracle whip)
  • 1/2 teaspoontumeric (curcuma)
  • 1/4 teaspoonpaprika
  • to tastefresh ground black pepper

    Mix all ingredients together

    Put between two slices of bread, toasted or not, or in a roll, or in a pita pocket, whatever you like!
