Peel the garlic, slice it, fry in a pan with olive oil, and then blend it.

Open the marinated pork loin, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper, and place it in a pressure cooker. Add 4 vegetable bouillon cubes, the blended garlic, cover with Pedro Ximénez, and cook for 20 minutes. Wait until you can open the cooker, turn the pork loin over, and cook for another 20 minutes. Once it cools a bit, slice the meat and place it on a platter.

Reserve the sauce in a gravy boat and serve it at the table for anyone who wants to drizzle some over the meat. It's delicious when you pour a little over the pork.

If you don't like the flavor of Pedro Ximénez, you can use white wine, brandy, beer, Rioja, rum, etc., whatever you prefer.

Meanwhile, in a pot, add water, a couple of vegetable bouillon cubes, and a splash of olive oil. When it starts to boil, add the pasta, cook for 7 minutes, drain, and place it on a platter.
