Roast the baingan onthe high flame

Chop onion and tomato separately

Take a pan and add some oil now add onion, green chilli and peas the pan till the onions are transparent

Now add tomatoes and cook it well

When the mixture is well cooked salt red chilli powder and for 5 minutes

Now clean the roasted brinjal thoroughly in water and mash it

Add the brinjal mash to the pan

Now cook it for 10 minutes

Garnish it with coriander leaves
- 10
Serve it with chapattis
