Get the agege bread and other ingredients

Slice onion, add to a bowl egg,pepper, seasoning. Mix all together,heat oil in a frying pan n pour the mixture into it

Turn the other side of the fried egg,slice the bread and add the fried egg to the middle
- 4
Put back the bread into to frying pan,press with a flat spoon,you can press it harder to achieve a flatter result. I used both flat cooking spoon and wooden spoon here

Food is ready,serve with chilled drink ✌️✌️✌️
