Kunafa and Qashtalia Decorated with Oranges, Strawberries, and Bananas

I learned some Arabic dishes I didn't know before and had the honor of receiving guidance from Chef Manal in this challenge. I learned a lot from her, a blessing of a chef, and she is ready to answer any questions. May God protect her and everyone like her.
Steps
- 1
Prepare the kunafa: Take a baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Place the kunafa and pour melted butter and oil over it, add a pinch of vanilla powder and a drop of orange blossom water for a wonderful flavor. Add a tablespoon of honey flavored with orange blossom water.
- 2
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
- 3
Prepare the Qashtalia: Heat 4 cups of milk and 1 cup of cream over the stove until warm.
- 4
Add 1 cup of cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup of milk and mix until thickened. Add flavorings: a drop of strawberry essence, a drop of lemon essence, pistachio essence, a pinch of vanilla, and a teaspoon of orange blossom water.
- 5
Remove from heat. At the same time, prepare the orange cream: heat 6 cups of orange juice, 1 cup of cornstarch, and 1 cup of sugar on the stove until thickened. Place all the cream in a piping bag.
- 6
First layer, orange cream. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Then add finely chopped kunafa. Then circular slices of strawberries. Place Qashtalia cream in the center. Decorate with strawberry pieces, kunafa, and pistachios.

Take a second glass, add the first layer of orange cream, then small pieces of kunafa. Then orange circles on the inner wall of the glass. Place small orange pieces in the center, then Qashtalia. Finally, decorate with a little kunafa, an orange slice, and pistachios.
- 8
Take a third glass. Cut bananas into heart shapes, using the same method as the orange cream. Then kunafa, then banana hearts on the inner wall of the glass. In the center, place Qashtalia cream. Decorate with banana hearts and pistachios.
- 9
For the remaining fruits, place them in a small glass and combine all the fruits. First layer, orange cream, then strawberry pieces, a layer of banana pieces, a layer of small orange pieces, and Qashtalia cream. Decorate with pistachios.
- 10
With the remaining Qashtalia and orange cream, shape them in a mold like a leaf. Decorate with kunafa and pistachios.
- 11
Take an egg-shaped mold, shape the egg white with Qashtalia cream and the yolk with orange cream. Decorate with pistachios, kunafa, and coconut.

The shape of the cups when finished decorating.
