Let's prepare pancakes..take a bowl put besin,salt,turmeruc,curd,chilli paste,coriander

Mix well pour water to make pan cake batter keep mix as lumpfree batter kind

Heat a tava apply oil pour a batter like but little thickness add oil fry both sides once it's roasted turn another side fry well

Take out pan cake cut square pieces keep a side

Heat a kadahi pour oil add mustard,cumin seeds when it's splits add Onion,chilli,add tomato pieces

Pour half cup water keep boil add coriander,garam masala,dhaniya powder,sugar,salt,chilli powder all the flavours should boiled and forms gravy

Then add pan cake pieces mix up gently close lid 2 mins once cake pieces binds flavour take out the kadi garnish with coriander ready to serve
