2 cupsflour
1 cupsugar
1 cupcooking oil
5eggs
2lemon zest
4 tsplemon juice
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspcinnamon

Sieve the dry ingredients,flour,baking soda,baking powder and cinamon
2

Greasing the pan and dust it set aside
3

In a bowl pour sugar and cooking oil and beat
4

Add one egg at a time until all five of them
5

Fold in the flour in two parts
6

Pour the butter into the greased baking tin
7

Bake for 40mins
