Mash boiled potato.add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Wash poha in water and strain water from poha and add poha in mixture. Add salt, chat masala, red chilli powder in mixture and mix well.

Take oil in a wok and heat it. make small balls from the mixture, flat it with palm and fry till it get brown.

In a plate put poha tikki, put curd and tomato sauce on it and put roasted jeera on it.

Serve it hot.
