Over loaded chocolate cake

Mix eggs and sugar well with hand mixture till sugar dissolves completely.

Add flour to egg and sugar mixture in small batches and mix slowly add 1tsp vanilla extract or essence.

Grease 8inch round baking tin apply parchment paper and pour in the cake mixture

Bake in a pre heated oven at 200°c for 20 mins.

After 20 mins check with a skewer if it comes out clean our cake is ready.

Cool completely for 1/2 an hr on iron rack and cut into 5 thin roundles of it.

Layer them with sugar syrup and whipped cream mixture put some chocolate chips in layers. It's totally optional.

After layering crum coat the cake and keep in the fridge for 1 hr.

Now divide whipped into 5 different bowls and add different gel food colour to it accordingly to your choice but always choose bright colour..

After curm coat now cover the cake with desire colour in layers with whipped cream.

On top add coloured ganache in dripping form and decorate with chocolate decoration, waffle sticks and gems or according to your taste.
