Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgbeef /veal
  • 2 tbsflour
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspcayene pepper
  • Milk
  • Onions
  • Tomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the spices in the flour

  2. 2

    Dust the beef and shallow fry, till golden brown

  3. 3

    Her a little oil in a pan, add onions, paste and milk

  4. 4

    Place the chunks of beef and cook for a few minutes

  5. 5

    Remove and place in oven to bake for 1hr

  6. 6

    Serve with mashed potatoes
