Steps

Take a big bowl add suji, maida, wheat flour, add 2..3 tsp oil and make a tight dough.cover it with wet cloth.

Keep it for 20 mint for rest.

Take a big ball of dough, roll it and then cut into small round shape puri with help of round cutter.

Deep fry 5 ot 6 puri in medium hot oil.

Serve with chutney, potato or panipuri pani.
