Irish potatoes, Egg, Fresh tomatoes, Fresh pepper
Onions, Cubes, Salt, Groundnut oil

Steps

Peel, slice, wash and boil the Irish potatoes. Add salt.

Add groundnut oil into a clean pot. Add sliced onions, tomatoes, pepper. Add ginger, garlic. Break and add the eggs. Add salt and cubes to taste.

Serve with the boiled Irish potato
