2 lbscubed stew Beef
1 tablespoonorange and lemon pepper

Sear beef cubes in bottom of the pot first wit a lil butter. Add bone broth. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Reduced to a very low simmer. Simmer on low for 1 hour or until all ingredients including meat is tender. Hot water may be added to increase soup amount and or consistency.
