  • Grind tomatoes and pepper
  • Onion
  • 2star Maggie
  • Crayfish and salt

50 to 55mins
  1. 1

    Select beans,wash and cook for 20mins, remove water on a sieve, wash again.

    Cook on a gas, add onions, salt and cover for 10mins

    Add d grinded tomatoes and pepper, add red oil, Maggie, cover for 30mins on a low heat., cut d plantain and fry. Bring it down from gas, ready to eat,.
