Ingredients

  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupgrated paneer
  • 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • strandsFew saffron
  • 1 tbspghee
  • Few drops rose essence
  • Some chhoped pistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients together in a large microwave bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 6 minutes, while stirring once in between.

  2. 2

    Allow it to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled, garnish with pistachios.
