It is a traditional Maharashtrian snack. It is also prepared in Gujarat.
Steps

Wash leaves and remove the stem.

In a bowl mix the above ingredients. Make a gram flour and spice mixture with water of medium thick consistency.

Apply the mixture/paste on the leaves on backsideand then put second leaf and apply paste and keep next leaf. Repeat this for 3-5 leaves.

Now roll the leaves tightly.and grade the dish in steamer and steam for around 15 mins

Colour changes when is cooked. Let the roll cool down.

Cut slices of roll and deep fry.

Ready to serve crispy aluwadi. With or without any dip tastes amazing.
