Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 200 gmcottage cheese
  3. 100 gmmawa
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1/4 tbscardamom powder
  6. 1/4 tbssaffron threads

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add milk, cottage cheese & Mawa.

  2. 2

    Now cook till when all ingredients become thick.

  3. 3

    Now add sugar,saffron & cardamom powder cook 5-10 m.

  4. 4

    Now swich off the gas & spread the better in greased plate.
