Beef vegetable sauce served with rice 👌 👌

Wash and season your beef with onions, salt, curry and thyme.
Allow to steam, add water to make stock. When soft, set aside. - 2
Wash and shreds/cut your vegetables to desired shapes and sizes

Place a clean pot with oil on fire.
Add your diced onion.
Add your diced or roughly blended tomatoes and pepper. Stir for at least 5mins. - 4
Add your chicken, stir and allow to boil. Correct your seasoning, add curry, stir and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add your carrots, green beans, cover and cook for minutes.

Add your cucumber, cabbage and lastly green pepper. Cover and cook for 3 minutes and it's done!

Your beef vegetable sauce is ready enjoy with your rice
