Ingredients

  • 1 cupdrumstick flower
  • 1potato chopped
  • 1 tspginger and green chilli paste
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and ginger chilli paste

  2. 2

    Add the flower and Potatoes cubed and saute

  3. 3

    Add turmeric powder and cumin coriander powder

  4. 4

    Saute well and cover till it is soft

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve with rice
