Ingredients

  • 200 gmsaloo
  • 1 cuptomato coriander paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgreen chillies paste
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the Potatoes and peel.

  2. 2

    Heat oil add ginger and green chilli paste.

  3. 3

    Now add Potatoes and fry adding salt.

  4. 4

    Add tomato coriander leaves paste.

  5. 5

    Saute till raw smell goes off.

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix to serve with chapati.
