Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Cabbage and carrots
  • Chicken
  • Tomatoes and onions
  • Banana(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water with salt, add oil n place your washed rice. Simmer till its cooked. Place aside

  2. 2

    Wash cabbage and steam. Add grated carrots. Place aside

  3. 3

    Cut your tomatoes and onions and spices then fry, add the chicken and stew it

  4. 4

    Serve with a banana or mangoes
