1 litrefull cream milk
1/2 cuproasted vermicelli
1 spoonbasil seeds
1.1/2 cup rose syrup
1/2 cupsugar
5 scooprose ice-cream

Boil milk on low flame

Add vermicelli and basil seeds

Cook on low flame until it soften
4

Stir occasionally and mix sugar

Switch off the flame and let it cool on room temperature

Keep in fridge

Fir serving in a long glass pour 2 spoon rose syrup,vermicelli kheer,2 spoon rose syrup then 1 scoop rose icecream
