Ingredients

  • 1 bunchmalabar spinach
  • 1/2pumpkin sliced
  • 1sweet potato chopped
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add the vegetables and saute well

  3. 3

    Add the spinach, salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    As it is soft add sugar and mix well

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
