Steps

First step- take a mixing bowl add the sujia along with the curd and make athick batter.

Second step: then add all diced up veg, salt, red chilli powder.

Third step: then add little water 1/4 cup and mix it well it should be nice thick batterbut still pouring constance and then keep a side and now cover it up andkeep it aside offor next 10-15 min.

Four step: after15 min.the batter must have soakedall the waterand should still be at poring consitency. Let's keep it side

Fifth step:now add a 1/2 a packet of eno and mix it well now the batter is ready.so it's time to cook it.

Six step: so take the appe pan and grease it with oil and once hot take about 1 1/2 tsp ofthis batter and pore in it each of the cavities.

Seven step: and then cover the led and cook on low flame for the next 3- 4 min all until the bottom side is golden brown in colour, after 3-4 min flip the appes should be ready so remove then out in a plate and they are ready to serve with green chutney & tomato sauce.
