Carrot cake
Moist carrot cake. Very yummy
Steps

Cut your carrot into small chunks or grate and pour into your blender.

Add your oil and pineapple juice into the carrot and blend till smooth you can add 1 egg for easy blending

Pour your blended carrot, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda into your mixer and mix on a medium speed for 2min till all are incorporated

Increase your speed and mix for 5 more minute.

Preheat your oven

Grease and flour dust your baking pan. Pour your batter into the pan

Steam bake. Check your cake by inserting a skewer/ knife/ toothpick to be sure is baked
