Boil milk on medium flame

Once boiled mix beaten curd and mix until the milk curdle completely

Switch off the flame and sieve in a thin muslin cloth

Pour 1 cup water to extract the sourness

Leave for 15 minutes to drain excess water

Put in a plate and mash for 2 minutes

Mix sugar powder and cinnamon powder and mash with your palms until the mixture smoothens

Your sandesh mixture is ready

In 2 long glasses pour 1 spoon of caramel syrup,then 1 spoon of sandesh,then pomegranate seeds,sandesh,kiwi,sandesh,strawberry,sandesh then apple at last

Press lightly with spoon after each step to set it completely in glass

Garnish with caramel syrup and fruits

Keep in fridge to set the layers
