Steps

Preheat the oven 180 degrees.

Take a large bowl and sift cake flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Take another bowl to add butter and sugar whisk it.

Then Add oil, egg one by one beat them till mixture is creamy.

Add buttermilk and whisk well.

Then slightly beat the egg and sugar with flour, vinegar, vanilla essence and food colour mix it well.

Grease a baking pan with butter and dust with flour.

Transfer the mixture in baking pans.

Bake it for 30 minutes.

Remove the cake from oven and put on the cooling rack and cool completely.

Take a large bowl to add cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and beat on medium flame until mixture is creamy and fluffy.

Add vanilla essence, whipped cream and fold the frosting.

Spread between the layers on the sides and top of the cake.

Red velvet cake is ready.
