Take a bowl and put all ingredients except oil and mix it well with little water (as needed)

Keep the mixture for 10 minutes by covering the bowl with a lid

Now, take a pan and put mustard oil as needed for deep fry

When the oil becomes hot, put the mixture by making small balls one by one and fry it well

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
