  • મીઠુ

  • લાલ મરચુ
  • ચોખા નો લોટ ૨- ચમચી
  • હીગ
  • પાણી
  • ઞરમ તેલ -૧ ચમચી
  • ચપટી સોઙા

    સો પહેલા ટામેટા ને ધોઈ લૂસી ને તેના પીસ કરો. આ પીસ પર કોથમીર ની ચટણી લગાવો.

    ચણા ના લોટ મા ચોખા નો લોટ ઉમેરો.,પછી તેમા મીઠુ,મરચુ,અજમો,સોડા,ગરમતેલ,અને પાણી ઉમેરી ખીરૂ બનાવો.

    કઙાઇ મા તેલ ગરમ કરવા મૂકો.ટામેટા ના પીસ ખીરા મા બોળી તેલ મા તળો.

    ગોલડન કલરના તળો.સોસ અને લીલી ચટણી સાથે પીરસો.
