Ingredients

  • 2 sticksbutter
  • 1 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 2 teaspoonsvanilla
  • 3 cupsflour (not sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 cups (11 oz)white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cupsmacadamia nuts (crushed)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Cream butter and sugars until fluffy (both sugars)

    Add vanilla and eggs (one at a time) and beat well with an electric mixer

    Beat in flour, baking soda, and salt.

    Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts

    Drop by tablespoon onto an un greased cookie sheet

    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked
