  5. زعفران - مقداری
  6. هل - مقداری

    یک پیمانه برنج خورده یک و نصف پیمانه آب روی چراغ بپزد و دانه آن برود اگر آب خواست همینجا میریزیم بعد نصف پیمانه گلاب زعفران هل اضافه شود و بذاریم بپزد کمی خلال بادام خیس خورده اضافه شود یک پیمانه شکر اضافه شود یا کمتر بعد میذاریم روی حرارت ملایم جا بیافتد در آخر یک قاشق روغن اضافه شود.
