In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, mint extract, and milk/creamer until smooth. Add green food coloring if using. - 2
Add dry ingredients
Stir in flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cornstarch until just combined. - 3
Add mix-ins
Fold in Andes mints and chocolate chips. - 4
Chill dough
Freeze dough for 15 minutes. - 5
Bake
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 12–13 minutes. - 6
Finish
Press chopped white chocolate on top while warm if desired
