Line standard muffin tins with paper liners.

Cream the butter (B) and set aside until use.

Add the cinnamon and brown sugar to a medium mixing bowl and mix well. Set aside until use.

Add the flour, corn starch, baking powder and sugar to a mixing bowl and mix well.

Add the butter (A), egg and milk (or water) to the dry mixture and knead well.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, about 2-3 mm thick.

Spread the creamed butter (B) on the dough.

Spread the brown sugar mixture over the butter.
- 9
Roll up the dough and cut into about 3cm wide pieces.

Place the dough in liners and bake for 25 min. Enjoy!
