Sieve and Mix all the dry ingredients and set aside.

Prepare hot coffee using water and instant coffee powder.

Mix all the wet ingredients except coffee concoction.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients and whisk well. Lastly add the hot coffee concoction and give a quick mix.

Pour in a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 30 to 35 minutes. You can also pour into cupcake moulds and make cupcakes.

Top with some chocolate ganache or chocolate sauce if you have.

For ganache you can melt together chocolate and cream at the ration of 2:1.. cool and spread over the cake.
