Steps

    Dice and fry the plantain

  2. 2

    Dice and season gizzard with onion,salt,stock cubes,garlic and boil.

  3. 3

    Stir fry onion,green pepper,carrots,fresh tomatoes,fresh pepper and pour in the boiled gizzard.stir and add salt,Seasoning and curry to taste.
