Healthy Wheat Date Nutty cake

In a blender,blend sugar,oil and curd

Add wheat flour,coffee,vanilla essence,baking powder and baking soda to it. Again blend it for 20 secs.

Soak dates in warm milk fr 4-5mins then coarsely grind it in a mixer

Mix both the mixtures in a bowl and add some chopped nuts to it.

Transfer the batter to a grease tin and sprinkle the leftovers nuts on top.

Tap the tin and cover it and bake it in cooker for complete 1 hour on sim removing gasket and whistle.

After 1 hr,let it cool fr 10 mins.
