For the kofte peel and grate the bottle groud add garam masala,salt,chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well

Heat sufficient oil in pan and fry kofte for two three mints or until golden brown and crispy on the outside drain on absorbent paper and set a side

For a gravy heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste add onion and saute until light golden brown add tomato puree and cook when oil rise to surface

Add turmeric powder, red chilli, coriander powder,salt and cook on medium heat add little water and cook when oil rise surface again

Add two cup of. Water and cook keep the gravy hot sprinkle the garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves
