  2. Flour
  3. Beaten egg
  4. Breadcrumbs
  5. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Get flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs ready.

    Slice onions into rings. Pass then in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs

    Repeat egg and breadcrumbs step. In this pic on the right you can see those I've done with a double coating

    Deep fry until crispy!
