Eggless Chocolate Pancakes

A very easy recipe and they taste too good. You could adjust the sweetness according to your preference, I made these pancakes less sweet, as I topped them up with ice cream and white chocolate, so it balanced out the sweetness.
I just poured 2 tbsps of batter on to the pan for each pancake, thus they are thin, but for a more fluffy and thick pancake you can pour 3-4 tbsps. This recipe makes 6 pancakes.
