Ingredients

  1. 300 gpatta gobhi kati huie
  2. 100 gmatar
  3. 2onion finely chopped
  4. 1tomato finely chopped
  5. 2green chilli finely chooped
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tsp jeera
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp oil
  11. 1 tsp turmric powder
  12. As neededcorinder leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the vegetables and cut it well and washed it

  2. 2

    Now take a pan and add oil in this and jeera,green chilli,onion,and garlic powder and after 2 to 3 min add matar in this for fry

  3. 3

    After this add all the spices needed and put pata gobhi in this and put a plate on the pan and cook for 15 min

  4. 4

    After cooking add some corrinder leaves

  5. 5

    Ready to serve
