Steps

Soak rice for 30minutes then wash and drain

Heat pot on medium heat add oil and a little onions add the rice and stir

Keep stiring untill it becomes transculent add water,peas,curry,thyme and season to taste

Pound(onions,garlic&scotch bonnet) to form a paste
- 5
Add into the rice and cover to cook
- 6
When the rice is fully cooked add ur chopped carrot,potatoes and mushrooms and stir untill fully combined cover for 2minutes to steam the carrots

Serve
