  • 2courgettes
  • 2carrots
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Hot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables and pat them dry

  2. 2

    Cut them to bite size portions

  3. 3

    Steam or boil for 5 min

  4. 4

    Heat pan on high heat and add oil

  5. 5

    Put the vegetables in the pan and fry for a few mins

  6. 6

    Add some soy sauce, hot sauce, tomato paste and fry for 5 min

  7. 7

    Serve with rice
