Steak with brocolli mash and parsnip/carrot fries

A simple steak recipe, easy and quick to make. Instead of cooking with regular fries, why not try a healthier option.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the vegetables. Cut the parsnips and carrots into fries. The thinner you cut the fries the crispier they'll be. Separate the florets from the broccoli stalk and cut the stalk into pieces.
- 2
For the broccoli mash: put the broccoli in a pan full of water and bring to a boil. cook until soft enough to mash. Drain the water, mash the broccoli, add a tiny bit of olive oil (for both the texture and the taste) and season with pepper and salt.
- 3
For the parsnip/carrot fries: put the fries in a bowl and apply some sesame oil. Put them in an air fryer or in a 200°C degrees oven for about 15 to twenty minutes (or until they're as crispy as you like).
- 4
For the steaks: season the steaks just before adding them to a frying pan. Cook according to taste. I personally like about 3 minutes either side on high heat.
- 5
Add everything together on a nice plate.

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Made in the Microwave Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Made in the Microwave
This is a variation on a chocolate cookie recipe from a book my child borrowed from the library. If you don't have a turn-table microwave, please arrange the cookies in the center. They're pretty sweet, so for me, 2 tablespoons of sugar is enough, but my kids seem to like it sweeter with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference. If you microwave the cookies for too long, they'll burn, so be careful!!Adjust the cooking time as necessary (since each microwave appliance is different!) Yet Another Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe 🍪 Yet Another Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe 🍪
Sometimes you want to get all fancy with your chocolate chip cookies. This is NOT one of those times. 😑On a whim, my 5 year old daughter and I decided to make cookies. We had all the basic ingredients on hand, and these cookies took us only about 40 minutes from start to finish. Fresh, hot, homemade cookies within an hour? Please and thank you.Sadly, I didn’t get the chance to take many pictures because I was trying to supervise my daughter. This recipe originally came from joyfoodsunshine, but it’s also been posted elsewhere. Chocolate Chip Challah Bread Chocolate Chip Challah Bread
Like with most bread doughs, this takes a long time to make. Allow for 5 hours of prep time. *Added* In hindsight, I would have added more chocolate chips. As the bread bakes, the volume doubles, and you really can't have a high enough chocolate chip per bite ratio. pow.shopow -

I make this recipe all the time and it always turns out great. It makes 3 or 4 batches of cookies, so the whole recipe takes like 3 hours, but you can just make one batch and put the remaining batter in the freezer for another day :)I also switch the recipe a lot, for example I used lemon zest and juice instead of chocolate, or cocoa and white chocolate, or dates and raisins and nuts.and
