  1. 1 literMilk
  2. 1 tspCurd
  3. 200 gramsOrganic honey
  4. 10Cardamom
  5. 2 tspClarified butter/Ghee
  6. 1 cupDry fruits (Grapes, Cashewnuts, Pista, Badam, Walnut)
  7. Saffron little

  1. 1

    Keep all ingredients in a tray, Boil the milk in a vessel, once it cools add one spoon curd -cose the lid to make curd. Leave for 4hours.

    Once the curd sets, drain the excess water, using a clean white cloth on a strainer, keep it for 30minutes, so that extra water is absorbed.

    Transe the curd to a bowl, add honey, powdered cardmom, saffron mix well

    Ghee roast dry fruits, add to the shreekhand mix. Shreekhand is ready.
