1 cupwhole green gram
1/2 tea spoonsalt
1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
1 tea spoonchaat masala
1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
1 tea spoonchana masala
1/2lemon
1tomato finely chopped
1potato boiled, peeled and chopped
as neededPomegranate seeds

Wash and soak whole green gram dal for 6 hours.

Boil along with salt, turmeric powder for 5 to 8 minutes.

Turn off the gas.

Drain extra water.

Add rest of the spices and chopped potato and tomato.

Add pomegranate seeds and lemon juice.

Chat is ready.
