I love this smoothie. Perfect for breakfast and in between meal snack! Makes 3 (12-16oz) servings. I dont have time for breakfast most mornings (my husband and i are always rushing and running around) and this helps keeps me full until lunch and if i get cravings sipping on this keeps the sweets at bay, it tastes as good as it is for your body. And you just feel lighter and healthier when you drink this daily. It really helps you go to restroom too (from flaxseed) try it also after a workout. Sabtsuki -
