Steps

Take a mixing bowl add Rava, rice flour, maida, curd, salt, black pepper, cumin seeds, ginger paste and green chilli and add water and mix it very well.

Heat dosa tawa and pour the batter and then add oil and cook it in medium heat.

It's turn to golden and crispy then serve hot with samber and peanut chutney.
