    Peel your Irish potatoes and setbto boil.

  2. 2

    Wash, season and boil chicken if using it. Then you fry n chop it.

  3. 3

    Wash and chop your onions, green pepper, cabbage carrot and fresh Tomatoes.

  4. 4

    When your Irish has boiled, you can then add seasoning, salt, onions and chopped Tomatoes.

  5. 5

    When the Irish potatoes is soft, you can use your turning stick to mash some of the Irish. This is done to enable the porridge to be thick.

  6. 6

    When your Irish is soft and ready then you add the remaining ingredients (Shredded chicken/shredded roasted fish, carrot, green beans and cabbage) and taste.

    Food is ready
