  • 23 onions
  • 2-3Tomatoes
  • as neededGinger
  • as neededGarlic
  • 2-3 tspOil
  • as neededTurmeric powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • as neededRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind tomato onion garluc and ginger

  2. 2

    Cook this paste by putting oil in cooker

  3. 3

    Add all the masalas

  4. 4

    Then add chopped mushroom

  5. 5

    Add 2 cup water

  6. 6

    After 2 3 whistle of cooker masala mushroom is ready

  7. 7

    Serve with rice or chapati
